Welcome to GK Masala! These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the GK Masala website [www.gkmasala.com] and all services and products offered by GK Masala. By accessing this site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our website or services.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India through our trusted delivery partners.
Domestic Shipping: Available across India via leading courier companies.
International Shipping: Not available currently. We are working to expand our delivery network beyond India soon.
Order Processing Time
Once an order is placed on our website, the following timeline is followed:
Order Confirmation: Immediately upon placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation email or SMS with your order details.
Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next working day.
If there is a delay due to stock unavailability or other reasons, we will contact you via phone/email.

Shipping & Delivery Timeline
We work with leading courier partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Standard Shipping:
Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–6 business days
Rural or Remote Areas: 5–8 business days
Express Shipping (optional): 1–3 business days (if applicable in your region)
Note: Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary based on your location, external factors like weather conditions, courier delays, or peak season volumes.
Shipping Charges
Free Shipping: All orders above ₹499 (after discounts) qualify for free shipping.
Standard Shipping Fee: ₹49 for orders below ₹499.
Express Shipping Fee: Varies based on location and courier; the exact amount will be displayed during checkout (if available).
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and the courier partner’s name.
You can track your shipment directly on the courier’s website or from your My Orders section on our website.
Delivery Attempts & Re-delivery
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two (2) times.
If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or unreachable contact details, the order may be returned to our warehouse.
In such cases, we will contact you for re-confirmation. Re-shipping may incur an additional shipping fee.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to customer-related issues (wrong address, failure to accept delivery, etc.), we will offer a refund excluding the original shipping cost.
If the customer still wishes to receive the order, they must place a new order with the correct details.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are correct and complete when placing the order. GK Masala is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect/incomplete shipping information.
Damaged or Missing Products
If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos of the package and items, along with your order number, for faster resolution.
We will investigate the matter and arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders within the mentioned timeframes, external factors such as:
Natural calamities
Government restrictions
Festivals/holidays
Unforeseen courier delays
...may affect the delivery schedule. In such cases, we will keep you informed via email or SMS.

GK Masala reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be updated on this page, and we recommend reviewing it periodically.
