Ingredients :
Chana dal, Urad dal, Coriander seeds, Dried red chilies, Cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, Fenugreek seeds, Black pepper, Mustard seeds, Asafoetida (hing), Curry leaves, Tamarind or tamarind powder.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Use within 6 months for best flavor.
Usage Instructions:

Cook 1 cup of rice and ½ cup of toor dal (pigeon peas) separately.

In a pot, add the cooked dal and rice along with 2–3 cups of water.

Stir in 2 tablespoons of Bisi Bele Bath Powder, salt to taste, and 2 tablespoons of tamarind extract (skip if powder already contains tamarind).

Add vegetables like carrots, beans, or peas if desired. Simmer for 10–15 minutes.

Finish with a tempering of mustard seeds, curry leaves, and a pinch of hing in hot ghee.

Serve hot with a dollop of ghee, chips, or boondi on the side.
