Cancellations and Returns Policy – GK Masala

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If something goes wrong, we’re here to help. Please read our cancellations and returns policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.

Cancelation must be made between 24Hours

Order Cancellations

a) Before Shipping

  • You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped.

  • To cancel, please email us at support@gkmasala.com or call us at +91-9900701089 with your Order ID.

  • If your order is prepaid, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

b) After Shipping

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.
  • In such cases, you can refuse delivery, and the package will be returned to us.
  • Refund (excluding shipping charges) will be issued after we receive the package back in original condition.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following situations:

Eligible Return Reasons

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or expired

  • Missing items in the package

Non-Returnable Products

  • Products opened, used, or tampered with

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless defective)

  • Spices or consumables returned due to personal taste preferences

  • Orders returned after the return window has expired

Return Window

  • You must request a return  within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send us an email with:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Photos/videos of the product and outer packaging

Return Conditions

a) Refund Time

  • Refunds are Credited  within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

b) Mode of Refund

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.

  • COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer (we’ll request your bank details).

  • Once we receive The Request for the Return will We deliver Product with in 24 Hours 

Return Shipping

  • If the error is on our side (e.g., damaged, wrong, or expired product), we will arrange for a free pickup or reimburse your return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer change of mind, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Exchanges

We only  Exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Once we receive The Request for the Exchange will We deliver Product with in 24 Hours
