Coriander Seeds, Red Chilies, Cumin Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Black Pepper, Curry Leaves, Asafoetida (Hing), Turmeric Powder, Dry Ginger, Fennel Seeds.

Usage Instructions:
Step 1: Cook Lentils
Boil or pressure cook 1 cup toor dal until soft and fully cooked.
Step 2: Prepare Vegetables
Chop and cook vegetables such as carrots, beans, or pumpkin until tender.
Step 3: Mix Together
Combine cooked dal, vegetables, 2 tablespoons tamarind extract, salt, and 2 tablespoons sambar powder in a pot.
Step 4: Simmer
Bring to a gentle boil and let simmer for 10–15 minutes to blend flavors.
Step 5: Add Tempering:
Heat oil or ghee, add mustard seeds, dried red chilies, curry leaves, and asafoetida. Once fragrant, pour over the sambar.
Step 6: Serve
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with steamed rice, idli, or dosa.
